Ojus contact center:

The Ojus contact center is manned 24/7 by 20 staff members including paramedics and physicians on call; it is located at Kundanahalli, Bangalore. Its primary function is to oversee 100% support to Ojus members.

The contact center is capable of handling both emergency and consultation cases, it currently provides a variety of support functions including;

  • Inbound emergency calls
  • Inbound health related queries
  • Technical support related to memberships accounts
  • Ojus product support
  • General information inquires including email support, chat support and tele-conferencing.
  • The Ojus contact center uses an IVR backend that allows contact information to be routed to appropriate people, contacts to be tracked, and data to be gathered.
